 **POUND Rockout workout class is here!!!**



Booty-Barre - A dancer inspired workout combining elements of dance, ballet and Pilates. An easy to follow workout that allows the participant to work the muscles of their arms, back, legs and core. It's a fun and effective total body workout!

Beach Workout - Burn calories and decrease body fat as you exercise on the beach in West Haven, Ct. using kettle bells, exercise bands, medicine balls and your own body weight against gravity. Come be one with nature!

Cha Cha Fit - Learn dance moves for the first half of class...second half of class will be strengthening exercises. A great cardio/strength workout to get your heart pumping and your muscles sculpted while you are having fun! Cha-Cha-Cha!

Core & More - Core & balance exercises as well as arms, legs and lower back.

Circuit City - "Musical chairs" with exercise...move from station to station every 15-30 seconds to increase muscle strength, endurance & flexibility.

Girls Fitness - A four week class learning a different dance style each month (cha cha, east coast swing, mambo, salsa) and some light strength training for girls ages 9-14 to build their stamina and self esteem while having fun!

Hatha Yoga - A yoga class that uses postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. This class encourages proper alignment of the body and brings balance, strength and calmness to the participant.

Kettlebell Kraze - Strength, endurance & muscle toning by challenging both the muscular & cardiovascular system using your whole body!

Latin Fusion - Every class will be different as you will learn how to dance the cha cha, east coast swing, mambo and salsa. A great cardio workout while you are having fun getting your dance groove on!

Latin POUND Fit Fusion - A combo cardio class of POUND, which is a full body cardio jam session using ripstix and a Latin rhythm dance of either cha cha, east coast swing, mambo or salsa..this class with have you energized and sweat-dripping while you are having fun!
