 **POUND Rockout workout class is here!!!**


Beach Workout - Burn calories and decrease body fat as you exercise on the beach in West Haven, Ct. using kettle bells, exercise bands, medicine balls and your own body weight against gravity. Come be one with nature! Classes start in June and run through August!

Booty-Barre - A dancer inspired workout combining elements of dance, ballet and Pilates. An easy to follow workout that allows the participant to work the muscles of their arms, back, legs and core. It's a fun and effective total body workout!

Circuit City - "Musical chairs" with exercise...move from station to station every 15-30 seconds to increase muscle strength, endurance & flexibility.

Core & More - Core & balance exercises as well as arms, legs and lower back.

Flow & Restore Yoga- SET YOURSELF UP TO CHILL AND RE-CHARGE 
Discover  a  truly relaxing way to start your weekend.   In this class we  will begin with a soft Vinyasa flow, while focusing on the breath and end  with restorative yoga. Restorative yoga utilizes supportive props such  as bolsters, soft Nap blankets, and eye pillows for a divine and  relaxing experience! Bring your yoga mats, blankets and anything else to  make yourself comfortable.   

Kettlebell Kraze - Strength, endurance & muscle toning by challenging both the muscular & cardiovascular system using your whole body!

Latin Fusion - Every class will be different as you will learn how to dance the cha cha, east coast swing, mambo and salsa. A great cardio workout while you are having fun getting your dance groove on!

Latin POUND Fit Fusion - A combo cardio class of POUND, which is a full body cardio jam session using ripstix and a Latin rhythm dance of either cha cha, east coast swing, mambo or salsa..this class with have you energized and sweat-dripping while you are having fun!

P90X- Transform your body with a variety of strength-training moves, cardio  conditioning, and core work. This innovative format helps you build  strong, lean muscle and bust through any plateaus that stand in your  way.
