Hi, my name is Monica and I have been training with Terry for a little over seven years.  I feel very honored to be able to train with Terry.  She really takes the time with you and makes sure you are comfortable with what exercises you are completing.  Terry is really going to make you work hard, but not in a grueling way.  She makes sure she works every part of your body and works it well.  Terry pays very close attention to your form and technique of every exercise you perform with her.  Terry works with whatever health issue you may have and comes up with a workout that is going to work best for you and your limitations.  It will be a work out that will be right for you and will make you feel good about yourself.  I have enjoyed training with Terry and I am thankful that she keeps me motivated to continue.

I started training with Terry 10 years ago (and currently still) when I was experiencing a lot of stress due to family illness and loss.  I was clinically obese, and have several chronic health conditions which were beginning to affect my daily activities like asthma, arthritis, back and joint issues.

Terry understood my issues and worked with me to develop an exercise program that would allow me to regain movement and strengthen core muscles in a safe controlled way to avoid further injuries.  Whenever an exercise caused problems or pain, she found a way to modify or change the activity so that I could continue without major setbacks.  Now, 10 years later, I still need to lose more weight, but I can ride my bike for an hour plus, take walks with my family and not hesitate to take the stairs instead of the elevator.  What is even better, I feel great and look forward to enjoying an active lifestyle for years to come.
